The cowboy bar is a dark milk chocolate that's both sweet and creamy, but with the added flavor complexity of dark chocolate. It's topped with smoked cacao nibs that we slow smoke over open fire, to give it a rugged, smokey crunch. This bar evokes the feeling of cooking over an open campfire under the starry Texas sky.
